Deer Ridge Estate

We built (brand new construction) an 10,000-square foot event venue with lodging. It sits on 160 acres has a pond, hayfield, and trees.  The event center has concrete floors, Geothermal heating and air-conditioning, LED lighting, public restrooms, a kitchen, built in bar, a mezzanine, 4 bedrooms, 4 private bathrooms bride and groom’s dressing rooms. Covered porches and three decks.

The concrete floors, metal structure, geothermal heating/air-conditioning and the mini splits were new, the remainder of the items and materials used to create the venue are used items. We tried NOT to purchase new as much as possible. Specifically, the items we purchased used were lighting (chandeliers, exterior sconces), all of the doors, door hardware, tile, outdoor pavers, a 500 bottle wine cooler, paint, windows, all of the furniture, rugs, decorative items, tables and chairs, all of the wood for flooring (Douglas Fir), all of the wood used for the walls and trim the Pine and Cedar, all of the kitchen equipment (refrigerator, freezer, commercial sink, prep station, deep fryer, flat top, grill, oven, stove top, hood), walk in beer cooler, tools to complete project such as drill press, plainer, shaper, table saws, screws, bolts, post caps, decorative hardware for mezzanine railing.
