These inventories are in a PDF format and contain a listing of all materials received by each retail-warehouse and a couple of photos of the key features. We suggest you visit the outlet of your choice often since many of these materials are sold within the first day or two of delivery. Please come by often as our inventory changes daily. Sonoma, CA

LOCATION: Sonoma, CA

PROJECT: Complete deconstruction. 9,000sf house. Built in 1985.

Saratoga, CA

The Congress Hall house was built in 1989, is approximately 4300 square feet, and features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. This is a full remodel project and the entire house is being gutted, with the exception of the two fireplaces/mantles. Much of the existing landscaping will also be removed, including the stone slabs around the pool area (mixture of stone and concrete) and steel fencing.

Deconstruction is scheduled to start 6.21.10.
