Inventories and Photos of Materials Recently Delivered to Our Retail-Warehouses

These inventories are in a PDF format and contain a listing of all materials received by each retail-warehouse and a couple of photos of the key features. We suggest you visit the outlet  of your choice often since many of these materials are sold within the first day or two of delivery. Please come by often as our inventory changes daily. Material Destined For TRP Warehouse, San Francisco Bay Area
San Anselmo, CA

Complete deconstruction.  The house was originally built in 1919, but as you can see from the pictures, it has had updates over the years – most recently are two full bathrooms.  Everything is very clean, and as it sits, the house is in move-in condition.  The house measures 2079 square feet and has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.  There is also a finished structure in the back that measures 270 square feet, and an attached shed that measures an additional 135 square feet.

Materials:

Oakland, CA

Complete deconstruction of 1129 Glen Road.  Public records show the house as 2492 square feet with a 400 square foot garage.  The house was built in 1949, but there’s been an addition at some point.   There are a total of five bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Materials:
~original multi-light casement windows with coverings
~kitchen cabinetry
~appliances: Maytag dishwasher, GE refrigerator, 4 burner gas range, newer front load washer
~original solid 3 panel interior doors with jams and hardware

Palo Alto, CA

Complete deconstruction, 1923 home. 1688 square foot, 2 bedroom /1 bath plus in-law and garage.

Materials:
~All interior and exterior doors.  Many of the doors have their original stain and do not appear to be the typical Douglas Fir.  According to the homeowner, the material is mahogany.
~A pair of beautiful, and original, built-ins in the dining room
~Trim, also possibly mahogany: baseboard, door casing, window casing, picture rail
~Built-in book cases and window seat in living room

Menlo Park, CA

Complete tear down, mid-50's 4 bedroom 3.75 bath 3010 sqf plus garage (wood structure).

Materials:
~The kitchen appears to be very new – wood/wood cabinetry, appliances, lighting, and flooring (DSC stainless gas cook top, DSC stainless double oven, paneled refrigerator, stainless hood, Franke stainless sink).
~2 of the bathrooms have the original fixtures, all of which are in very good condition (tub/shower, toilets, obscured glass shower doors, obscured glass windows, cast sinks.

Atherton, CA

Complete gut - 3180 sqf 4 bedroom /4 bath, built in 1937. 

Materials:
~all windows – original multi-light: double hung, casement, and fixed
~all interior doors – original, solid, 2/6 panel doors with jams and hardware (mortise locks, mixture of glass and brass knobs)
~all interior light fixtures
~all exterior doors
~4 complete bathrooms with cast tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, etc…
~kitchen cabinetry: wood/wood, painted

Palo Alto, CA

Complete tear down.  1948,  3 bedroom/2 bath, measuring approximately 1300 square feet

~very nice clear heart redwood paneling in the living room area

LOCATION: Sonoma, CA

PROJECT: Complete deconstruction. 9,000sf house. Built in 1985.
 

Saratoga, CA

The Congress Hall house was built in 1989, is approximately 4300 square feet, and features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths.  This is a full remodel project and the entire house is being gutted, with the exception of the two fireplaces/mantles.  Much of the existing landscaping will also be removed, including the stone slabs around the pool area (mixture of stone and concrete) and steel fencing.

Deconstruction is scheduled to start 6.21.10.

PROJECT: Complete deconstruction - 1460sf house + 400sf family room (converted garage). 2 bdrm/2 bath. Built in 1936. Raised foundation.
