Inventories and Photos of Materials Recently Delivered to Our Retail-Warehouses

These inventories are in a PDF format and contain a listing of all materials received by each retail-warehouse and a couple of photos of the key features. We suggest you visit the outlet  of your choice often since many of these materials are sold within the first day or two of delivery. Please come by often as our inventory changes daily. PROJECT: Complete deconstruction - 1-story 7,154sqf house/guesthouse; 4 bdrm/7 bath. Built in 1956. Raised foundation.

MATERIALS: (Very good condition)
*10-15 80" h/c doors (Schlage hdwre)
*8-10 88-96" doors (homeowner keeping hardware)
* kitchen cabinets (no backing) - granite c/t
*5-6  additional cabinets
* Appliances -
   - Viking 6-gas burner cooktop
   - 2 double SubZero double door refrig/freezer

PROJECT: Partial deconstruction - 2-story, 2,960sf house (3 bdrm/3 bath) + Complete deconstruction approx 500sf guesthouse. Built around 1950. Raised foundation.

Note: Complete interior gut + remove 2nd floor (house) - Copmplete teardown guesthouse

MATERIALS: (good - very good condition)
* 2" oak hardwood floors (downstairs)
* int wall & ceiling paneling
* some ext 1" x 12" (painted) siding
* int & ext beveled glass French doors (8-10) - brass hdwre (some are double sliding)
