Terry is a Civil Affairs Officer with over 18 years of active-duty U.S. Army experience. He has led and directed teams of 4 to 300 members in diverse and complex international environments, managing projects ranging from humanitarian assistance and conflict resolution, medical and veterinarian outreach programs, and the construction of schools, hospitals, and storm shelters. He is proficient in traditional and agile project management, lean six sigma methodologies, and risk management. He is also a life-long learner with an insatiable thirst for knowledge and process improvement.
Terry is passionate about circular economies, sustainable solutions, and renewable energy. He aims to reduce the amount of construction waste entering landfills every year, which contributes an estimated third of the world's waste production and at least 40 percent of the world's carbon dioxide emissions. He is motivated by his family of six to make the world a better place.
